Club House® Tarragon Leaves add a bittersweet, herb flavour to chicken and vegetables. Our tarragon is dried to retain bright green color and fresh herb flavour. The light to dark green leaves are pleasantly aromatic with a licorice-like taste. Use to flavour vinegar, herb butter, and dressings for potato, tuna, chicken, egg and pasta salads. It is an essential herb in classic French cuisine in béarnaise sauce, tarragon chicken and fines herbes omelet. Use a light hand when adding this fragrant herb to your dishes and add it near the end of the cooking time. Substitute 1 tsp. dried tarragon for 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon.
